TEL moved that the audit for the period November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2011 be accepted as is by the ABI Board and that the auditor, Michelle DeWitt, be paid $700.00 for the audit . Upon acceptance of the audit, the audit shall be posted to the ABI website.
