Tennis Tournament Information

General Information:
All participants must be registered for the reunion.
Teams will be randomly selected by district/year.
Times are subject to change consult reunion materials at registration.
Participation will be reserved on a first come, first-served basis. If space is not available, a refund will be sent after the reunion wrap-up.

When: Saturday, May 28, 2011 1pm - 4pm
Where: Las Colinas Country Club
             4400 North O'Connor Rd.
             Irving, TX 75062
Price: $20.00 a person - includes sport towel

Drop-outs: No refund for drop-outs after April 30, 2011. Contact to inquire about stand-by replacement; replacement player will be asked to reimburse registration cost to the player being replaced.

Arrangements will be made for a round robin mixed doubles event, based on the number of those interested in playing.

Additional Notes:
Players should bring their own racquets.
The location is approximately 14 miles from the hotel.
Please meet at the front of the hotel at least 45 minutes prior to start time.

Conduct: Participants agree to be responsible for their own conduct, care of the facility and all equipment.

Players are responsible for their own food and beverage costs.

Transportation is not included; players will need to carpool. If you have a car, please make space available for riders.
