Your post is two years old so you've probably already found a solution. But in case you haven't...

What about asking fellow Brats if they have their yearbooks--from 60s--and if they could scan the images of the emblems (What's a yearbook without a school emblem?) and send them to you in an e-mail?

And if you want to turn those images into patches, I bet... well actually I'm not sure about that. There must be someone out there who makes custom patches but I don't know who.

Just a suggestion. I hope you already came upon a solution.
