Hello.  I used to live in Dhahran and I remember seeing a brown monolith-like tower on the left hand side leaving dhahran going to the King Fahd International Airport.  Does anybody know what this tower was called?  It was like a weird slanted rectangular shape.  I don't think it was part of the UPM (its not the UPM water tower).
