Formal Meeting Minutes


Because ABI board members reside all over the country, it conducts most business via email. To make it possible to follow multiple conversations, each item offered for discussion and voting is given its own Formal Meeting (FM) Number. FMs  for 2011-2013 to present are below.  Prior terms are in FM Archives.      


  • FM 21-08 - Reunion Co-Chair Gifts

    For the 18th Biennial ABI reunion, we purchased gifts for the 2 co-chairs (Tim Sandin & Jeff Civale) as a thank you for a job well done.  Gifts to be given at the Tucson reunion.  The gifts were purchased by Leslie Holmolka in Al-Khobar.  Liz Germani reimbursed Leslie Holmolka via Venmo.  LAG moved that LIz Germani be reimbursed for the above gifts, $200 (COA #7116).

  • FM 21-07: ABI Q1 2021 Financials

  • FM 21-06: Pay Registration for Reunion Hosts

  • FM 21-05: ABI Federal Tax Forms for 2020

    TEL recommended the Board approve filing for an extension of time using form 8868 for both IRS Form 990EZ and Form 990-T, but pay taxes due of $121 electronically via the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) by the tax due date.

  • FM 21-04: Purchase Credit Card Readers for Reunion

  • FM 20-15: Reimbursement for Suq and Mailing Expenses

    MLD moved that Marie Littlejohn Dunn be reimbursed $539.80 - $535.55 for suq expenses (COA #5810) and $4.25 for office postage and shipping (COA#5230). May be reimbursed electronically via Zelle.

  • FM 20-14: SAVE the DATE postcard

    CHM moved that we approve post card and payment to Wilson Printing Marketing for $2916.67 for $506 charged to COA#5311 (printing expense) and $2,410.67 charged to COA#5312 (mailing expense).
