We have updated the information available in the Wild Apricot Member app, so you'll have some useful information at your fingertips during the reunion.

If you go to the 18th Biennial Reunion in the Events tab, you will pull up a page entitled Event details with 3 tabs - Overview, Info, and Registrants.

Overview has the basic calendar information and registration options.

The Info tab has links to the reunion schedule, a map of the reunion venues, reunion brochure, Tucson area attractions/dining, and the latest Loews COVID19 protocols. 

The Registrants tab shows a list of everyone currently registered for the reunion. It is organized alphabetically.  You can scroll the screen to find someone in particular.  Want to connect? Click on a name to pull up their directory information, including any contact info they have made available to Brats.

TIP: The IOS version of the Member app is a little quirky when using the Info tab.  If you click through one of the buttons on the Info tab then want to go back to the Info tab, the "back" button is not your friend. It will take you out of the reunion Event and back to the Events page.  You can toggle to another tab (Overview or Registrants) then back to Info tab and avoid that.  The Android version works like it's supposed to.

To minimize the time you spend in the Registration room, we're making purchases at the reunion available online (desktop and mobile devices)!  

The "Registration Shop" on your Events tab in the Member App will allow you to purchase raffle tickets and other items without getting up from your chaise lounge or barstool.  Any leftover reunion swag will be made available through the app Saturday and Sunday only. 

Shop in your app, pay in your app. The QR code in your "ticket" (Tickets tab)  is your receipt for picking up your order in Registration.  Registration personnel will scan it and get your items for you. It's not quite curbside pickup, but it's close!  You may also pay offline (cash or check) in registration, but we much prefer touchless credit card transactions! 

Registration Shop will go live when Registration room opens - 12PM Thursday, Sept. 2.

Here's your cheatsheet for registration at the reunion.  Having access to AramcoBrats through the Wild Apricot Member app is going to really help you throughout the reunion, starting at registration.  If you haven't done so already, download the app, log in, and check it out!  If you are planning on joining us but haven't registered, try doing it with the app.  We think it's easier than on a desktop!

We will also be enabling walk-in registration through the app, so you can register yourself and use the express line for checkin!

As the reunion approaches, we'd like to remind attendees to stay apprised of and follow latest CDC recommendations, including getting a vaccine if you are a candidate. Please review ABI COVID19 Policy and hotel protocols prior to your journey as there may changes if the situation dictates.  The protocols published online by Loews are the official policies for the property.

In keeping with public health measures, we are making a few changes to our traditional reunion events:

• Registration check-in will use QR code scanning to pull up your registration record.  If you plan to register at the reunion, you can do that yourself by downloading the Wild Apricot Member app then proceeding to registration with with your QR code in your confirmation email or app.

• The Friday night reception will include plenty of flow into outdoor space with seating.  Masks are required while you are in line for food service. Start time for this event may be pushed to allow for cooler temperatures.
• The Sunday banquet venue is being moved from an inside venue to a ballroom/patio in order to provide plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating.  Seating per table will be reduced to allow for more spacing. Start time for this event may be pushed to allow for cooler temperatures.
• The Live Auction event during the Sunday banquet is being changed to an online silent auction with reserve bids in order to allow the group to participate while using both indoor and outdoor space.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:         

If you wish to cancel, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.  Cancellations for hotel rooms must be done directly with the hotel and not ABI.

The election for officers for the 2021-2023 term is now open for voting.  All Brats with a valid email address should receive an email with a secure link to vote electronically.  Can't find it?  Check your SPAM folders and/or contact us.

Our Early Bird Reunion Raffle for reunion attendees is now live! Those who register for the reunion by the early registration deadline (7/18/2021 CDT) are eligible to participate in the drawing to win one (or more) of 4 different prizes.

RAFFLE RULES

• Cut-off date for raffle Ticket purchase is 11:59PM CDT on August 15, 2021, but you MUST have paid your reunion registration in full by 7/18/2021 (no exceptions and no refunds).  

• It is your responsibility to notify us if your contact information changes between now and the reunion.

• Drawing will occur shortly after cut-off date for raffle ticket purchase.  If your name is drawn, you will be notified via email. If your contact information is not valid, or you do not confirm receipt within 48 hours, the prize will be assigned to the next name drawn. If you cancel your registration prior to the reunion, you must notify us.  We will then assign the certificate to the next name drawn.

• All prizes can be collected at Reunion Registration. Certificates may not be transferred to another person (no exceptions).

ABI is changing on-site registration procedures to make them quicker, safer, and as touchless as possible.  Hang on to your registration confirmation e-mail because you will need the QR code for expedited check-in.  We are getting fancy in 2021!  Additionally, reunion attendees are expected to agree to ABI's COVID-19 policy and COVID-19 Waiver.
