ABI reserves the right to amend these policies, protocols and restrictions as necessary pursuant to the guidelines and policies issued by the CDC, the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort, and any Arizona public health authorities during or prior to the commencement of the 2021 ABI reunion.
The World Health Organization has declared the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. Due to COVID-19’s capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the CDC and Arizona public health authorities have set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions.
At all times during the 2021 Aramco Brats, Inc. (“ABI”) reunion taking place from September 2, 2021 through September 6, 2021 (the “2021 Reunion”), ABI will require that all attendees, including their guests and family members in attendance with them (collectively, “Attendee” or “Attendees”), comply with all public health measures recommended by CDC as well as local protocols, including those protocols set forth by the 2021 Reunion hotel, Loews Ventana Canyon Resort (the “Reunion Hotel”) (collectively, the “2021 Reunion COVID-19 Policies”) and include the following:
ABI reserves the right to amend, update, and/or change the 2021 Reunion COVID-19 Policies at any time as the circumstances and situation dictates. If there are any amendments, updates, and/or changes to the 2021 Reunion COVID-19 Policies prior to or during the 2021 Reunion, they will be provided to all registered Attendees via the email address provided during the registration process.
