Reservations Procedure:
The hotel has designed a
personalized website that you can access to book, modify or cancel your reservations online.
If you prefer to talk to a person, you are also able to call the Central Reservation Office at 1.800.937.8461. Be sure to reference the AramcoBrats.
Contracted Room* Rates:
- King Guest Room (single/double/triple/quad) - $114
- Double Guest Room (single/double/triple/quad) -$114
- Grand Suite (single/double/triple/quad) - $164 *SOLD OUT*
- Master Suite (single/double/triple/quad) - $164 *SOLD OUT*
Note: Extra charges will apply for crib and rollaway beds.

Resort Fees:
The hotel normally charges a $20/room-night resort fee, which they will waive for us. This includes unlimited local phone calls, unlimited use of Westin Workout facility, complimentary shuttle to La Encantada, use of self parking facility, first two pages of incoming faxes, guestroom internet and internet in common areas of resort.
Guest Room Comp Night Drawing

A few comp nights for a regular guest room will be available for distribution. At that time you must provide us with the following information:
- Full name (include maiden)
- District/year
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Hotel confirmation number
- Confirmation that you are registered for the reunion

- You will need to provide confirmation that you are registered for the reunion at a later date.
It is your responsibility to notify us if your contact information changes between now and the reunion.
In order to qualify for this drawing, you must have a reservation with the hotel, have paid your AdBak and have paid in full your registration to attend the reunion prior to the drawing.
Deadline to enter your name for the drawing is midnight, May 1 (PDT). The random drawing will occur sometime in May 2013. If your name is drawn, you will be notified via email before the reunion, and the comp night will be reflected on your hotel bill. If you plan to cancel prior to the reunion, you must notify us at compnightdrawing@aramco-brats.com. We will then assign the comp night to the next person in line. Winners may not transfer their comp night to another person (no exceptions).
