  2013 Reunion Registration

  The registration fee covers the Friday Welcome Reception, the Sunday banquet and dance, a goodie bag, music, and much more. The goodie bag contains reunion memorabilia, including a t-shirt*. Golf, bowling, and additional shirts are charged for separately.  See fee breakdown.

  Important things to note before filling out the registration form:

  • You must pay this term's AdBak (i.e. be either a Supporting or Sustaining Level member) in order to register.  For your convenience, the registration process will allow you to pay this at the same time. 

  • All guests MUST be registered and pay the registration fee. The only exceptions are children who will not be attending the Sunday banquet, participating in a sporting event and/or receiving a shirt and goodie bag.

  • Each brat must submit a separate registration form.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand conflicts and issues arise that mean you can no longer attend the reunion. Please note the following dates when canceling your registration and requesting a refund.

  March 31, 2013 (CDT) - Last day to cancel and receive FULL refund of registration fees.

  April 1 - May 17, 2013 (CDT) - PARTIAL refunds will be given if you cancel between these dates.**

  No refunds after May 17, 2013 (CDT).**

  **If you registered and only want to cancel a sporting event, you must do so no later than April 30, 2013 (CDT) in order to get a full refund on your sport fees.  After that date, you may find someone to take your place and reimburse you directly.

  **Due to high cost of postage, registration materials handed out at the reunion will not be sent to those who cancel after full refund date. You may contact the reunion committee and specify someone to pick up your items at the reunion if you so desire.

  Online Registration and payment is easy!  Just follow these steps: 1. Go to your profile page and, in Membership Details section, make sure it says "Supporting Member" or "Sustaining Member." If it does NOT say "Supporting Member" or "Sustaining Member," you will need to click "Change Membership Level" and select appropriate level. Once you have upgraded, you do not need to finalize payment yet, you may proceed to the registration form. If it does say "Supporting Member" or "Sustaining Member," proceed to the registration form. 2. Register for the reunion! 3. Checkout via PayPal*** or check  If you would like to pay by check, complete the online registration, then mail your check (made payable to AramcoBrats, Inc.) along with a print-out of your registration receipt, to: ***SAUDI RESIDENTS - Our merchant doesn't accept online payment from inside Saudi Arabia. You must pay via check or have someone stateside make payment on your behalf. ***AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS - Our merchant plan no longer accepts this card.  You must use another type to make payment.

  Since 1999, with only a few exceptions, Aramco Brats have gone to nearby dropzones on the Saturday of the reunion in order to make tandem parachute jumps.

  There is a nearby dropzone in Eloy, Arizona ready to handle a group of us (15 people) on Saturday, May 25, 2013.

  The estimated cost for the jump is $199.00  If we get a decent number of people interested, the price could go down.

  If you would like to jump, you must contact the dropzone (www.skydiveaz.com/tandem-skydiving/make-a-reservation or call 1.877.313.JUMP), make a reservation and leave a credit card number to hold your spot.  BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE 9:30AM SLOT, AND INDICATE THAT YOU ARE PART OF THE BRAT GROUP.

  Please note: The dropzone is approximately one hour away from the hotel.  The plan is to meet in front of the hotel and leave for the location around 8:00 am the day of the jump.  If you have a car, please think about carpooling.
